The history of our company dates back 1972. In those days the main focus of our activities was in the production of thermoplastic injection moulded parts and polyurethane foam elements. Shortly afterwards, we started a pilot plant for the manufacture of constructional elements made of cellular and solid polyurethane elastomers for high stress applications. It turned out to be a very decisive step towards the future and was a significant influence on the company’s strategic development over the coming years.
We continued to extend our activities in the area of PUR manufacturing until 1992 when we clearly positioned the company as P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere GmbH & Co. KG as sole manufacturer of technical components made of solid and foamed polyurethane systems.
Since then, our products have become known as problem solvers for a large number of manufacturing branches – with ever increasing areas of application. Around the world many companies rely on our PUR elastomers and appreciate the comprehensive support and advice of our experts. In other words, we are known as a supplier of complete quality solutions.

Our PUR systems are not manufactured in large scale series – on the contrary, we usually produce small and medium series of up to 100,000 pieces. On request we will happily develop and manufacture custom made single pieces with very special features for very specific applications.

Braun Metall Vertriebs GmbH was founded in 1992 as a non-ferrous metal trading company. With a stock range of over 2,000m², we have been reliably serving our customers for over 30 years. Kunststoffverarbeitung Koetke GmbH is a renowned supplier of high-quality blow moulding products as well as technically complex moulded parts and systems made of plastic. As an owner-operated family business, KVK offers maximum flexibility and can meet almost every product requirement posed by customers.

Since 1900 the family owned HEICO group has offered its customers reliable and high-quality solutions in the field of fastening technology and can thus draw on extensive technical know-how.
Starting with the production and distribution of nails, mainly for the furniture industry, the product portfolio of HEICO has continuously expanded over the years. At the beginning of the 1990s, HEICO started production of customer-specific, drawing-related cold forged parts. These parts are mainly distributed to the automotive industry with customers including Audi, VW and BMW. With management of the company passing to the fourth generation of the family in 2006 the product range was significantly enhanced again by the HEICO-LOCK® product group and the HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut.
The highest degree of vertical integration through in-house tool and machine construction, in-house heat treatments and surface refinements, as well as a continuous process control system, have always characterized the quality philosophy of the HEICO group.

In 2003, A. Dannenberger took over the company with a long tradition in the course of succession. Today, he positions the enterprise with its 80 years of experience as a reliable partner in industrial finishing of foams, processing of cellulose and the cost-effective production of custom parts in the market. For this achievement, he received the award for newly founded enterprises in 2006.
The individual custom-made product and packaging solutions of the company are convincing. Therefore, renowned groups from the pharmaceutical, foods, medicine and medical engineering, automotive, cosmetics, transport protection and furniture industry are among our satisfied regular customers.
Our products are continually improved and attractive alternatives are provided. Particularly in the area of pressure-sensitive adhesive cellulose and foam, the company has found new and good solutions and is now able to offer almost any material in this form.

The roots of our company are in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. This is where the businessman Karl Klein, father of two sons, ran the company Ludwigshafener Isolierfabrik K.G. in Ludwigshafen-Mundenheim.
1932 His son, Willi Klein, took over management of the lime works August Kaege in Harxheim/Zellertal.
1959 He founded the Willi Klein insulation materials as a vermiculite expansion operation. This was simultaneously the foundation for the company as it is today.
1961 The lime works, August Kaege Nachf., were taken out of operation.
1975 Willi Klein died and the company has been run by his son, Friedhelm Klein, ever since.
1979 Production was expanded by the setup of a perlite expansion system. Dämmstoff-Fabrik Klein GmbH was founded in the same year.
1985 The moulded parts production "Kawalite" goes into operation.
1996 The new developments in the field of preventative fire protection ("Hapuflam fire protection systems") then followed. Another company was founded on this basis: HaPu Brandschutz Systeme GmbH.
2010 Product and production expansion with takeover of the cable fire stop system "Staudt".

Since the company's foundation in 1975, ARTEMIS develops, produces and sells components and systems made of rubber and plastics for the original equipment manufactures and specialist shops.

ARTEMIS has 190 employees today. The corporation belongs to the ARNOLD JÄGER HOLDING since 1993. Our production facility is in the southeast of Hannover with a surface of 19.502 m². Production, stock and office space take up to 12.100 m².
