MAGNETIC ASSEMBLY
Magnetic assembly is equipped with permanent magnets like NdFeB magnets and other material parts like metal, stainless steel, plastic, rubber, adhesive tape, wood, hardboard and etc. Magnetic assemblies can be much more powerful than magnet itself, and achieve some certain functional effect which magnet cannot meet.
Magnet are fragile, easy to damage in use. Production operators must be very careful in handling and assembling magnetic products. Sometimes, we customized a variety of magnetic assemblies for customers as per their drawings and requirements.
A magnetic assembly is made up of:
* Permanent magnets which are the source of magnetic power
* Ferromagnetic parts, normally low Carbon steel, which contributes a magnetic circuit channel with low resistance against the magnetic flux. and/or
* Non-magnetic parts
