It starts with overlong and exactly fitting shanks and does not stop with unusually curved exhaust pipe mountings: even the diversity of technical norms of our times cannot cover the entire range of components needed for the solution to a technical problem. Furthermore, new ideas for products also always require new ideas for the implementation and for an economical series production.
Since we have been selling standard parts as well as special models for decades, we know which manufacturing businesses have which fortes- and where to purchase certain products when having certain demands. The manufacturing processes are as diverse as SDU-sold special parts: there are turned parts and bent components. Here metals can be punched; there a laser cut is better. Sometimes we cast, sometimes the required elements need to be produced in deep drawing procedures. Here we roll, there we mill. And finally not metal but synthetic material is required.
