The stirrer has anchor type, frame type, paddle type and turbine type. The rotating mechanism can adopt cycloidal pin wheel reducer, stepless speed change reducer, The sealing device can adopt mechanical seal, and the heating and cooling can adopt jacket, half tube and coil structure. The heating methods include steam, electric heating and heat transfer oil to meet the technological needs of different working environments such as acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Crystallization tanks are made of imported 316L or 304 stainless steel.
The inner wall is polished with mirror or mechanical polishing, the outer wall is insulated with 304 fully welded structure, and the outer surface is treated with mirror or matt.
The crystallization tank can withstand 121 degrees Celsius sterilization.
Aseptic sampling valve and stainless steel tank bottom valve can be configured according to customer requirements.
