Data processing nowadays is usually understood as electronically processing data, for example, an ordering process. The customer orders. The company receives an alert about the order  and executes them. In the next step the customer reaches information about the shipment of the order. From the ordering process and the dispatch an invoice can be created and sent via the (electronic) data processing. The payment enforcement is understandable and if necessary, the collection procedures can be initiated.
