Televisions are technical devices for converting electronic signals into visible pixels. For the invention of television technology, the tube technology used over a long period of time was used. In this case, all signals coming through the antenna cables or other signal-conducting systems were placed on a glass tube as pixels on the visible side of the tube. Only the basic colors of each optical signal are displayed in each individual pixel. These colours are limited to blue, yellow, green and red. The image actually transmitted is ultimately derived from these colors by appropriate signal forwarding. With advancing technical development the tube devices became more and more powerful up to a certain limit the resolution was exhausted by number and minimization of the size of the individual pixels. New imaging techniques became necessary and the development continued via LCD and flat screen technology until today's HD technology.
