Archiving  Manufacturers, Traders, Suppliers

Archiving is a process in which documents, files, images, film material, plans, maps, etc. that are no longer required for a current ongoing process but still need to be kept, recorded, stored, preserved, evaluated and made accessible. Archiving is used in almost all areas of life today. Whether at home in the private sector, where account statements should be kept for at least three years, in science, in samples or in all business sectors, which all their business documents, which are important for taxation, must keep for at least ten years. In all these areas archiving is used. Electronic data is also archived. Data archiving can be done on floppy disks, CDs, external hard disks or other storage media. Many companies now have their invoices archived by companies that specialize in this way so that archiving no longer takes place directly in the company, but is outsourced.
