Model for standard applications without temperature sensor

• For your protection an independent safety circuit will switch off heating if hotplate temperature exceeds 25 °C over set temperature

• Analog knobs allow for convenient speed setting from 100 to 1,400 rpm at an accuracy of ±2 % and temperature setting up to 300 °C

• A separate on/off switch for heating prevents an unintentional heat-up. If heating is switched on the on/off button is illuminated for visual control

• This unit features a digital display and allows for the easy setting and monitoring of values in the illuminated readout

Model for highest safety,

Precision heating plates with electronic controller
The upper plates of the precision heating plates are made of a good heat conducting aluminium alloy and
have a smooth, easy to clean, anodised surface.
The electrical long-term heating is designed in such a way that the temperature is also very even at the corners and edges.
The temperature is set on the microprocessor-controlled digital temperature controller.
Up to 99.9°C in 0.1 K steps and above 100°C in 1 K steps.
The set target temperature is retained even after the unit is switched off.
The actual temperature is indicated by 14 mm high digits.
All units have an electronic power controller with which the heating power can be adjusted from 10 to 100%.
The temperature is measured by a built-in PT 100 sensor.
The precision heating plates are equipped with a 3-pole extra-low voltage socket to which, for example, a contact thermometer or
a timer (to heat and cool the device at intervals) could be connected.
CERAN® heating
plates the low-mass CERAN® plate is electrically heated over its entire surface,
embedded in a stainless steel frame and mounted on an internally insulated stainless steel housing.
The temperature control is carried out via a NiCr-Ni temperature controller sensor (control range 50...500°C),
which is installed in a die-cast aluminium housing.
Custom-made
sand baths or baths for various liquids are possible on the basis of the heating plates.
