The figure shows a dark field ring light in which the full circle of the lamp is divided into x* equal segments. All segments can be controlled individually. The new 4-segment dark field illumination FLDR-i74-LA3-4 manufactured for a customer was added to the standard delivery range. Here it is possible to select quarter circles, half circles, two quarter circles opposite or a full circle. The following models have been designed so far:
