The representation task is not only taken into account by the design
of the appearance, but also by a sophisticated functionality as regards
the products to be displayed.
The plastic displays can be applied with shaped back card holders, with stopped transparent frames or with colour prints.

More than 19 years of experience in the thermoforming of plastics, concentration without exception on the material plastic and enthusiasm for what we do are the cornerstones of our modern managed company. We attach particular importance to consistently good quality and maximum precision in our workpiece carriers. With our patented basic frame principle "Bear", the workpiece carrier systems for automatic handling "Tiger" and "Stallion", the clever cleaning carrier "Fox" as well as a large number of customized workpiece carriers and a variety of special designs and product features, we offer you a range of products with which you can meet your requirements flexibly and safely. Parallel to the individual workpiece carrier systems of our brands BEAR, Tiger; STALLION, FOX and BIRD, we also develop commercial quality trays for any application. We deliver high-precision products according to your individual specification as well as standard products without customer-specific tools. In our independent production plant at the Nordhorn site in the northwest of Germany, unique products are created every day.
We are also happy to realise unusual customer requests.
One of our areas of expertise is the highly topical subject of "automatic handling" and "Industry 4.0". We have been thinking holistically for 19 years now, because we see ourselves as a system provider. From product development to design and tool making, from production to packaging and recycling of our products - with us you get literally "everything from one source".

Our range of services extends from one-off productions via small series to mass production.
We form all thermoplastic materials currently on the market using the deep-drawing process (vacuum forming and compressed air forming).
We can deep-draw technical deep-drawn parts up to a maximum forming area of 1500 x 1000 mm and an initial thickness of up to 12 mm. Our plants for the production of technical packaging and trays for the bakery and confectionery industry can process roll widths of up to 750 mm and material thicknesses of up to 2 mm.
Our machinery consists of 4 sheet forming machines, a 5-axis CNC milling machine, various special and finishing machines as well as 12 high-performance automatic machines for roll processing.
A team of 40 employees implements your individual product wishes, from the development, via sampling to series delivery.
In order to give your product the desired form, we create a requirement profile with you from a mix of your specifications and our experience.
