SCHMIDT AUMA sheet metal bearings / drawer racks / drawer shelves are made to measure. Depending on the customer's requirements, payloads of various weight classes (from 100 kg up to 3t) per drawer can be made possible. Smaller storage areas close to the machine become a production room with our drawer racks with heavy-duty pull-out. A stable roller guide ensures the smooth movement of the individual drawers. For higher load capacities, an electric drive is recommended for operating the levels. Drawer racks have proven themselves directly in production, near the machine or for storing fixtures or as tool storage.

Situated in Ratingen, close to Düsseldorf airport, we keep approximately 8.000 tonnes of stainless steel quarto plate in all popular standard dimensions.
The dimensions range from the classic 1000x2000 / 1250x2500 / 1500x3000 to 1500/2000x4000 / 1500/2000x6000 up to 2000/2500 x 12000mm.
We have also recently introduced 3000x6000 (8-25mm thickness).
The thicknesses offered are between 6-150mm, but in duplex and heat-resistant grades we keep the range from 2-3mm thick.
We also have a plasma machine which allows us to cut to fixed length as per the customer's wish down from 12000mm length.
Most orders can be made ready for collection within 1-2 days and we deliver regularly throughout Europe.
