The company LECHNER Maschinenbau has been a supplier of machines for sheet metal working, grinding systems and special machines since 1978. The main products are round bending machines, flanging and beading machines as well as welding systems with a focus on tube and container production technology.
In addition to its own production, LECHNER Maschinenbau has been the German sales and service representative of the well-known Italian round machine manufacturer OMCCA since 2010.
In 2018, this successful company cooperation was enriched by another partner and thus by another product area: a renowned manufacturer of profile bending machines, the Italian company COMAC, joined the group of companies. Founded in 1993 in Sättelstädt near Eisenach, the modern company Ha-Bck is situated as a supporter of metal and steel construction companies, special purpose machine construction companies and the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.
Ha-Beck also works for producers of mining and construction machines as well as for medical equipment, the furniture industry, aircraft technology, rail transport technology, and for craftsman´s business such as joiners, carpenters and many others.
In the machining of steels, special steel, aluminium, and pipes, whether in individual, job lot or industrial scale production, ha-Beck uses lasers with a cutting capacity of 1500, 2000 or 3000 watt. As a less expensive alternative to pressing, Ha-Beck utilizes high-speed lasers for sheet metal (laser machining with 5 axes, 3D cutting of deepdrawing parts).
The company is able to perform wireEDM on three different machines and to cut all conductive metals hardened or unhardened as well as PCD.
In the area of the manufacture of subassemblies, Ha-Beck machines not only sheet metal (bending and folding) but offers other services such as CNC machining (turning, milling, and drilling), plasma arc cutting and torch cutting, electroplating and powder coating, electropolishing, pressing, welding and soldering, high speed plasma and water torch cutting of plastics, ceramics, marble, light alloys, and precious metals.
