CNC Turning-Machining Centres
CNC turning centers for automated hard and soft turning in series production CNC turning centers are cutting machines used for automated CNC turning. CNC lathes with one or more turret systems with directly driven tools are used for this purpose. These lathes can also be equipped with multi-spindle systems, that would be multi-spindle lathes or multi-spindle machining centres. These machining centres are available in two versions: horizontal machining centres, so-called horizontal lathes, and vertical machining centres, for which vertical lathes (CNC vertical lathes). Turning machining centres have a feeder and removal system for series production. With this system it is possible to clamp, process and eject the material automatically. With the help of CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) programming, the program stored once is executed again and again. This has the advantage of producing high quantities in the same quality.
