BREUER Beltgrinding Machines are well known for robustness and reliability. We design and manufacture coil grinding and polishing machines for strips in a range of 100 – 2000 mm width and a thickness between 0,15 – 10 mm.
Surface
Ground stainless steel surfaces Depending on the type of grain (Aluminiunoxide, Zirkoniumoxyide, Siliconcarbide or Ceramic) and the grain size different task and application can be coped: From heavy duty grinding with work loads of 250 kW per grinding head to fine polishing with #400 grinding belts. Beltgrinding can be performed dry or as a wet process in combination with oil or emulsion as a coolant. Surface finishes will be according to AISI (No. 3, No. 4 and HL-Finish) and according to EN 10088 Teil 2 (1G, 2G, 1J, 2J, 1P, 2P).
