For machine tools then, the mechanical sheet metal was confined to its range of basic application.
Entering the 21st century, an era of the internet, when global awareness of the issues about environmental protection, humanistic consideration, operator safety and requirements of appearance is on the rise, CNC machinery is in its stage of thriving development in Taiwan, thus enabling machine tool manufacturers to gain access to different requirements and viewpoints of "mechanical sheet metal."
Ever since founded in 1992, we have persisted in holding the business ideology of "Fulfilling customer's value and requirements with Innovative Technology Procedures."
The development of PMCI can be divided into four stages:
1992~2000
Needs of Use: Stable foundation
1998~2007
Elevation of Production Capacity: Growth of customers
2003~2007
OEM (2D capability) → ODM (3D design): Growth of PMCI
2010~2013
A New Era of Ability and Technology: Introduce new equipment actively towards composite manufacture, also apply LEAN to fulfill customers' value for a win-win situation.
With the overall elevation of mechanical technology after 2000, PMCI has encountered new competitions and challenges by further having committed to elevating its technology and drawing up the planning of process as well as to drawing up more explicit strategic map and project of process improvement.
We firmly believe that the corporate fundamentality should be started from the improvement of "man."
Taking advantage of competency-based interviews and the analysis of competency gaps, PMCI has made each one of its employees recognize and carry out the core values of the corporation.
We would further believe that the foundation of stable quality, will be derived from the establishment of process control
Through process management, control and improvement, PMCI has made advantage of "process control diagram" and "Six Sigma" to get each task under process management. thus carrying out the meticulous and rigorous control for each detail by getting each personnel develop a habit of autonomous detection to bring solutions to the problems concerning quality and achieve 100% quality assurance through "FMEA."
