Introduction：This kind of machine is mainly use for producing food packaging and disposable tableware. Use virgin pulp as the material, the virgin pulp can be sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, wheat straw pulp, wood pulp and other fiber plant pulp. There is no plastic and pollution during the production process, so the finished product are biodegradable and 100% recycle. To meet different production requirements, such as capacity, product angle and height, we mainly have 3 types of forming machine for selection, they are BY series forming machine, YC series forming machine and YDQ series forming machine. Except the fully automatic machine, we also have semi automatic machine for small capacity.

Pulp molding production

Wenzhou Dajiang’s Thermoforming Stretch Film Vacuum Packaging Machine is a fully automatic packaging system that forms trays from a continuous film roll and then fills, seals, and cuts each package in one integrated process. The lower stretch-film (or optionally rigid) base film is heated and molded into tray shapes on the fly; the product is loaded, a vacuum (and optional MAP gas flush) is applied, and a top film is heat-sealed before the finished pack is cross- and longitudinally cut. This continuous form–fill–seal cycle supports high-throughput food packaging: it is commonly used to vacuum-pack fresh meats, seafood, cheese, and ready meals (and other perishables) with or without a modified-atmosphere gas flush.
Constructed of food-grade 304 stainless steel throughout, the machine meets strict hygiene standards and resists corrosion. It is engineered for medium- to high-volume industrial lines and can be tailored to different production needs. Interchangeable mold inserts allow adjustable tray depths and package sizes, and the system can handle different film widths, clear or printed top films, cutting profiles, and MAP gas options. The pack extend shelf life and product quality across a wide range of foods.
