We offer waterjet cutting as a service. Using our Innomax OMAX 80X (Model 80X62), we cut nearly any material. Workpieces of up to 6,000 x 2,000 x 150 mm and 1,300 kg are feasible. For more details, please refer to the "Technical Specifications" section.
In addition to the cutting services, we also provide the creation of the necessary CAD data based on sketches. Furthermore, complimentary test cuts are available, and currently, we offer expedited order processing.

Cuttable materials: nearly all
The table size of the WSS measures 6,600 x 2,260 mm, with an effective area of about 6,000 x 2,000 mm available for the workpiece due to maneuvering reasons. The official machining area is 6,095 x 2,030 mm, but in our case, due to the mounted cutting head, it is approximately 5,955 x 1,810 mm. The height of the workpiece must not exceed 150 mm. For loading and unloading, a crane (max. 1,000 kg) and a forklift (max. 1,300 kg) are available, with a maximum load capacity of 400 kg/m² for the WSS. Additional technical details: The WSS is equipped with a Tilt-A-Jet, allowing cone compensation of up to ± 20 µm. The positioning and repeatability accuracy are ± 0.025 mm.
