A characteristic feature is the positioning of the exceptionally sharp cutting blades close to the powerful motors. This significantly reduces vibrations - one of the reasons for the extremely long service life and low maintenance requirements. Users also appreciate the almost chip-free cutting and the unusually low smoke emission. The low energy consumption contributes to high efficiency, especially in series production. CE-compliant brake motors and non-obstructive safety cladding ensure that nothing is left to be desired in terms of safety.

well diamond wire saws achieve smooth, sharp-edged surfaces on practically any material. The "cutting tool" used is stainless steel wire with diamond grains,
which are embedded in the wire in such a way. This patented embedding process ensures maximum cutting ability and the longevity of the wire.
The wire is wound around a drum mounted on a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres.
Its diameter is between 0.10 and 0.70 mm.
All our saws use gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain uniform feed rates.
In addition, they all have continuous variable speed control for the wire.
Coolant is not required at all, but we recommend using our cleaning fluid to remove loose particles from the diamond grains.
well Diamond wire saws exert only a minimal force on the parts to be processed. Very little heat is generated, which is dissipated through the wire to the drum.
