font acc. to DIN 1451. Numbers set from 0-9 = 9 pcs. Upper case letters
from A-Z + & (character) = 27 pcs. Lower case letters from a-z + .

(die-stamp not legible). All stamps in a plastic casing with cover.

Impact punches For decades, the ingeniously simple spring impact spindles have guaranteed reliable and trouble-free operation in the robust continuous use of industrial applications for stamping, marking, embossing, signing, labelling, riveting, caulking, assembling, punching, straightening or flanging. Wherever high impact performance is required in tight spaces, these compact power modules are ideal for use. Only one feed device is required, which moves the impact spindle with the appropriate force against a workpiece to be marked. Pressure punches These pneumohydraulic embossing presses are the ideal complement to the impact punching machines whenever greater forces are required for marking. Only compressed air is required to operate these low-noise, universally applicable, heavy table machines. High operational reliability in long-term operation is guaranteed by the almost maintenance-free design of the working unit. Roll-off embossing These machines, which are optionally manually or pneumatically driven, move the embossing tool tangentially over solid and/or hollow round parts under pretension. The marking is made radially or axially into the rotating workpiece. With special embossing wheels, even flat workpieces can be roller embossed very easily. Hot stamping Hot stamping with temperature-controlled stamping tools is primarily used for blind embossing of plastics. With this type of marking, pressure is replaced by heat. Colour foil stamping is also possible as an option. High constancy of the set embossing temperature due to precision thermostat control and adjustable embossing depth limitation guarantee fast and problem-free marking. In addition, oxidation is avoided during embossing. Both the interchangeable individual types in the heatable type holder and the embossing wheels of the heated numbering embossing units are nickel-plated. This additional surface protection prevents material build-up that would disturb the marking process. For possible colour foil stamping, flattened engravings provide the significantly better embossing image. Stamping tools MARKATOR steel types are suitable for easy marking of workpieces. Inserted in corresponding receptacles, such as type holders, any combinations of letters and/or numbers can be selected. Even markings with a hammer blow are more successful than with individual hand stamps.
