Automatic sampler
In the course of stricter quality control, fully representative sampling during the production process, before filling a container or the final packaging of a medium is more necessary than ever. Home-made, pneumatic lifting cylinders or conventional screws are nothing but trouble for you, as they are difficult to clean, prone to damage and inadequate for sterile areas. The automatic sampler relieves you of the agony: Within minutes, flange it to a downpipe, chute or container. It removes powdery media and granulates continuously or randomly, automatically and without interrupting the process. The sampling is representative and your quality assurance is perfect!

Portable sampler
It is important for you to check the product quality as early as at goods receipt. With shovels you cannot get everywhere and you cannot take cross-sectional samples. Conventional lances with cordless screwdrivers are either too weak or too unwieldy or both. The portable sampler offers the smartest solution!
With it you can quickly and easily take samples and specimens from bags, sacks, containers, drums, IBCs, BigBags, containers, trucks, silos, ... You simply insert the lance into the container. The powder or granulate is then conveyed out via the internal screw (in a right-handed rotation). A high performance 12 V drive unit provides a rich torque. It is connected to the lance/screw via a quick release coupling.
You can disconnect the lance from the drive in a flash, pull the pinto out flat and clean it perfectly. Rough cleaning is achieved during operation by running the drive counterclockwise.
