The automtativ test leak ATL01 serves to check a complete leak test facility in the automatic or semiautomatic application cyclically during the running manufacturing for her correct work. The device disposes of all necessary connections to the remote control or for adapting to the pressure test circuit between test part and leak testing set.
The necessary execution parametres can be removed by the setter in the ATL01 failsafe. The data can be changed only under use of a key switch by authorised persons.
The test execution can be carried out as follows:

• In the running manufacturing a test part is determined as an OK part
• Afterwards the same test part is checked in the device again. Nevertheless, this time becomes the ATL01 activeted.
• In the ATL01 the leakage must be laid on a value above the allowed thick border. Now the following leak test must have NOT OK as a result.
• In this case the attachment correctly works. Otherwise a fault is and the attachment must be checked.

Alternatively to o.g. the test results of the density testing set and the ATL01 can transmit execution to the superior control and be valued. In this case usable measuring results are. In addition, test plans and test protocols can be processed. The necessary data can be edited above a data interface located in front and PC software or be read out. Therefore it is possible to realise an automatically self testing facility.
