Flow switches In compact flow switches, the sensor and the evaluation electronics are inseparably connected. Adjustment and optical display of the flow status on site. Device version in AC, DC as well as with temperature monitoring of the medium or also with two switching points. Flow transmitters Flow transmitters provide an analog output signal and display the flow course via an LED bar graph on site. Flow switches for air Flow switches for air are designed for the monitoring of e.g. air conditioning systems or air flows for cooling switch cabinets. DC and AC device variants offer a wide range of applications. Flow sensors with separate evaluation electronics The sensors in various materials such as stainless steel, ceramic and titanium with plug-in or cable connection are designed for connection to separate evaluation electronics. Evaluation electronics for flow sensors Evaluation electronics in DC and AC versions evaluate the signals of the flow sensors and output them as a binary signal for further processing. Wire breakage and temperature monitoring are integrated. Flow measuring systems Calorimetric flow measuring systems for compressed air and gases record consumption and detect even the smallest quantities such as leaks. Ultrasonic flow measurement systems record the consumption and flow of water. Both systems also offer a totalizer function with various output functions.

Flow monitoring
In flow monitoring, reliable and reproducible monitoring of limit values and flow trends is required. Flow sensors detect critical deviations in the flow velocity of liquid and gaseous media. Typical areas of application are the monitoring of cooling circuits, e.g. in welding applications, the dry-running protection of pumps as well as flow monitoring in air ducts and air conditioning systems. Due to the calorimetric operating principle, the media temperature is also monitored in addition.

The flowmeters measure continuously and precisely the volume of media flowing through per unit of time and are suitable for applications in which qualitatively constant process results and uniform media inflows are essential. For various applications, flow meters with calorimetric, magnetic-inductive and vortex measuring principles are available.
