Air humidity is a factor of great importance for quality management for checking the humidity of stored substances and goods. Air humidity is the amount of water vapour contained in the air. In addition to the water vapour contained, the air humidity or moisture is also determined by the temperature. The measurement of humidity plays an important role not only in the storage of food, but also for other goods sensitive to air humidity, such as wood, metals, chemicals as well as works of art and luxury goods like wine and cigars.

Thanks to the integrated outdoor sensor with a cable length of 3 metres, outdoor temperatures from -50 °C to +70 °C can also be displayed.
The thermometer offers a frost alarm that warns when the temperature drops below 0 °C.
