Rotary connections are high load moment bearings with mounting holes on the inner and outer ring. They are special bearings that are designed specifically for high moment loads at low speeds.
Rotary connections serve to support swivel drives, round tables or drive gears in a fork lift truck. Here the bearings transfer the high axial loads and torque as a single bearing.
Rotary connections often only carry out swivel moments with small rotation angles and speeds. The inner and outer ring are designed as a flange with threads or drilled holes for mounting purposes.
Angular ball bearings, four point bearings or cross roller bearings are possible designs.
METER manufactures rotary connections with diameters of up to 1000 mm, either with or without gearing. Larger dimensions are possible on demand through cooperation with partner businesses.
