From Hofheim, LuMa-Tec develops and produces extrusion lines and the respective downstream models, as well as special machines for plastics processing for national and international customers and markets.
Our main field of activity isthe production of extrusion machines, e.g. various extruders, cutters, coolingbaths, haul-offs, thermal ovens, spare parts, etc., and handling systems,partly for pipes up to 250 mm, sometimes larger on request.
Our highly automated production lines are used in production facilities all over the world. Our aim is to make extrusion processes safer. This includes, for example, very precise control of temperatures and other parameters in the production process. In future, we will achieve this through a very high degree of automation in process control in our newly developed LuMa-Tec production lines.

- Belt haul-offs can be designed both as pulling devices or as pushing devices.
- The machines are supplied speed-regulated or tension-regulated depending on the application.The basic design consists of a base frame in a stable and torsion-resistant welded construction. As drives, in addition to DC shunt motors, three-phase servo drives are preferably used.The power is transmitted via bevel gear and toothed belt drive directly to the take-off pulleys. Multi-stage manual gearboxes are installed for high take-off forces.The tensioning of the haul-off belts, as well as the pressing of the haul-off belts onto the haul-off material is carried out pneumatically. Depending on the requirement profile, we select the suitable belt haul-off belts, the optimum pressing length as well as the suitable drives for you.
