The RZ 362 A is a high-precision, electronically controlled tooth flank grinding machine for cylindrical gears, cutting and shaving gears as well as beveloid and segmental gears. It guarantees highest process reliability, very short set-up times and low tool costs. It has a particularly efficient grinding process due to the shift grinding principle. Due to the integrated profiling device, the profiling of the grinding worm takes place automatically. An also integrated balancing unit allows to keep the grinding worm continuously in a finely balanced condition. The rolling ratio between grinding worm and workpiece axis is controlled by a highly dynamic electronic gear.
