AlMgSi0.5 can be welded well, but also soldered just as well. Furthermore, it is thermally stable up to 150°C for short periods of time. If these properties are combined, the round tube is suitable for a wide range of possibilities. In industrial applications such as mechanical or plant engineering, but also in the question of hydraulic lines, pipeline construction or pump construction, hollow tubes are of further assistance.
