marble in Stronie Slaskie Wies situated on a mountain Chlopek
Nowadays we exploit the mines of sandstone in Dlugopole Gorne the borough of Medzylesie.
The next stage od the process takes place in our stonework in Szkalry Huta near Zabkowice Slaskie
There the stone blocks are used to make wall and floor tiles,
windowsills, stariways, facade slabs, fireplaces, garden paths, flower
pots, tables, fountains, etc.

Show more - From Ibbenbüren sandstone there are unshaped larger stones (setting stones), which we select as individual pieces for our customers or are selected directly by the customer in the quarry. Such rocks are then used as design stones, sturgeon stones or for the construction of cyclopean masonry.
- Similar processing and applications also exist for the materials Grauwacke and Ruhrsandstein. There are also more unshapely stones or seat rocks in sizes up to several tons of unit weight. The difference with these special types of rock, however, is that some of these rocks have naturally straighter cleavage surfaces and therefore appear somewhat different from rocks that are uneven on all sides, such as limestone.
- Limestones such as the Steinberger Kalkfels from our quarry in Wuppertal or the Ravensburger Kalkfels are more natural and uneven than e.g. Grauwacke. The production of seat rocks is relatively inefficient and was therefore discontinued for most limestones.
- Not really regional, but at least from the inland, there are some more interesting stones like grey granite rocks, shell limestone, from which there are also very nice seat rocks or the Jura limestone from southern Germany, which is appreciated because of its Mediterranean beige colour.
