• Inspection and repair of motors and pumps in EX-design (All employees of Pumpen-Service Uhthoff & Zarniko GmbH who are used are "officially recognised qualified persons" according to § 14 para. 6 of the Industrial Safety Regulation)

• Repair of electric motors - repair winding + low-speed (1500 rpm) 4-pole machines up to 400 kW + high-speed (3000 rpm) 2-pole machines up to 150 kW - winding of pole-changing motors - trapezoidal winding - impregnation of motors up to max. 400 kW - bearing replacement - mechanical processing of bearing seats and drive shafts - armature balancing up to max. 600 kg - testing of winding with high-voltage tester

• Repair of geared motors - comprehensive service for all types of geared motors including gear ratios, reduction ratios and Dalander windings (2 speeds) - new windings - repair and renewal of gears, worm and spur gears, pinions, couplings, radial shaft seals and housing seals
• Thermographic inspection of machines during operation to locate critical "hot spots", e.g. caused by incorrect alignment, phase imbalances
• Programming and commissioning of frequency converters
• Execution of complete switchgears
