A core field of the FKS developments is the mould spraying technology for die casting machines of all manufacturers and sizes. With the robot spraying technology FKS was able to help a more efficient and more flexible spraying method in die casting to the technological breakthrough.

The performance of any spray nozzle is subject to the performance of other system components like pumps, sensors and other hydraulic and pneumatic devices. Since Spraying Systems Co. is focused on helping customers achieve specific operational results, we expanded the scope of our business many years ago to include AutoJet spray controllers and automated systems. AutoJet Technologies spray control can range from simple on/off control of automatic nozzles to sophisticated real-time monitoring of process variables and automatic adjustment.

Construction of state-of-the-art equipment in the field of minimum quantity spray application, drop application and lubricants. Thanks to their modular design, our universally applicable systems can be individually adapted to any task - for the targeted application of any liquid on surfaces or three-dimensional bodies. Our lubricants on a purely biological basis do not resinify and have optimum cooling and lubricating properties. We also offer lubricants for the very highest temperatures (up to at least 350°C).

Our systems work with environmentally friendly cooling and humidify with minimal electrical energy consumption (4 W/kg humidifier output). In order not to consume more water than is really necessary, we also pay attention to water efficiency - we currently achieve 85%.
