TZS-M: Manual telecentric zoom
An alternative to the motorized version is the TZS-M. As with the standard detent zoom systems of the NAV-12000 series, the 12x zoom has 14 detent steps, which can be calibrated and stored in the Metric measurement software. The working distance (lens end to object) of 188 mm does not have to be changed. The zoom range covers a field of view from 4 mm to 50 mm. The object depth of field varies in this range from 1.3 mm to 38.8 mm. The complete technical details can be found in the matrix below.
A total of four versions are available: TZS-M with or without coaxial light reflection and TZS-M with or without coaxial light reflection in 90° design. The system with deflecting mirror was developed for space-saving machine installation.
Manual systems are often used for upgrading grinding machines. For this purpose, appropriate holding devices and guide rails can be supplied. Alternatively, we supply complete systems with or without cross measuring tables as a modern version of a profile projector.

TZS-M-XY
An example for a stationary application of the TZS-M is the combination with a cross measuring table with measuring range 200 x 100 mm and an integrated telecentric bottom light. Here, the XY coordinates of the cross measurement table are read out in the Metric MT measurement software. In principle it is a modern type of profile projector. The difference to the classical version is the simple measurement in the image field, the possibility to use DXF or vectorized PDF files as overlay, as well as to send images and measured values by pressing only one button quickly in Excel templates, which were created according to own ideas. The system can be produced with or without housing and with different sizes of measuring tables. Prices on request.
