differing magnification factors. but also practically orientated
solutions with different working distances and three different viewing
angles (45°, 90° and straight viewing), etc. In addition, almost all of
these microscopes are available as binocular
versions (viewing with both eyes). The bayonet connection serves the
purpose of rapid replacement of differing kinds of reticules. Up to 6
different reticules and measurement plates can be firmly incorporated
into the reticule revolver, meaning that the required reticule can be
swivelled into position when needed. All our microscopes are suitable
both for attachment to an extremely wide range of machine tools for
setting and observation and also in conjunction with the IOF US3
universal stand as workshop measurement or testing microscopes. This
means for instance that one microscope can be used for two different
applications. You will find IOF microscopes in the following industrial
applications: As setting up and observation microscopes on milling,
planing, turning, drilling and dividing machines. These microscopes are
used to adjust and align cutter heads, impact steels, reversible carbide
tips, turning chisels and other tools directly on the machine or also
on pre-adjustment units. By installing corresponding reticules in these
microscopes, they can be used as testing and measurement optical systems
providing good and precise assistance in the monitoring and inspection
of produced parts.
