RMGroup founded in 1995 after leading a successful contract packaging operation for Trident Feeds. We still provide contract packaging services to this day, alongside manufacturing bespoke packaging systems that are tailored to suit circumstance and budget.
We offer both manual and automated bagging & baling machinery. Automated packaging systems generally include form fill seal machinery for the automatic bagging of the product, robot palletising systems for bag stacking, pallet wrappers to wrap the finalised pallet & automatic conveying systems. We launched our mobile packaging systems in 2005, after realising a demand to bag products at the source. This innovation sees greater flexibility as clients can pack products at the desired location, whilst dramatically reducing the time and cost of transportation. We offer both bagging & baling systems, containing either form fill seal or horizontal baling machinery. Both are available for hire & are also available as part of our contract packaging service.

Tubular bag packaging machines are used for the packaging of various goods, products and merchandise. The devices are available on the market in different versions and specifications. For example, manual form, fill and seal packaging machines as well as semi-automatic and fully automatic packaging machines. Other optional features such as a tunnel vacuum, a shrink unit, a function for creating a protective atmosphere or simultaneous labelling of the tubular bag are also available. In a tubular bag packaging machine, the tubular bag made of thermoplastic material runs in opposite directions to the product to be packaged. The tube is held open by means of a spreader and the goods are pushed into the bag via a conveyor belt. Depending on the equipment, the tubular bag can now be vacuum-sealed or shrunk and then sealed and cut. Bag forming machines are used, for example, in the plastics industry for packaging small parts or in the food industry for filling and packaging cereals, nuts, dried fruits and vegetables. Tubular bag packaging machines are often used in the bakery industry for packaging so-called bulk goods, such as rolls or pastries.
