What happens? The desired material is liquefied and injected into a mold under pressure. In a vertical position, we can insert and overmold a wide variety of parts in the mold. The advantages: We can overmold cables, produce connector parts with insert pins, and mold multi-component parts.

We produce our own translucent buttons andcontrol panels through an integrated process of molding, plating, painting,laser etching and assembly, ensuring a high-quality production and consequentlyresponding to worldwide requirements through Taiyo’s global network.
