Since the foundation of our company, we have been forming sheet metal for products with high surface requirements and bonding them with plastic parts from our injection moulding production. We have recombined both production areas in the plastic hybrid technology of back injection moulding in order to combine the respective material-specific advantages of metals and plastics and to enable material-locking connections with a high degree of design freedom without having to forego the integration of functions.since the 1970s we have mastered the injection of plastic and the bonding of different materials.
In this process, plastic or metal foils or aluminium and stainless steel sheets are back-injected with plastic. We know the right adhesion promoter and the correct spraying parameters for the most diverse material combinations. The adhesion promoter is applied via a coil laminating machine patented by us or via screen printing.
