In our fully automated injection moulding production we work with roboter handling systems. Our machines are equipped with clamping force of 30 -1100 tons.
We produce injection moulded parts out of all thermoplastics. (1 component, 2 component and multi component injection moulding)

As one of the leading manufacturers and further processors, ISO-TECH has been producing high-quality thermoplastic products for domestic and foreign customers for more than 30 years. A broad range of production possibilities, a sustainable corporate policy and a distinct customer orientation characterize our company.
After founding the company in 1990 with initially four employees, we quickly established ourselves as a specialist in the technical plastics segment. With the help of a continuous organic growth, we have steadily expanded both the production of semi-finished goods and the range of finished parts. The first milestones were already achieved in 1995, when we were initially certified according to ISO 9001 and the staff had grown to more than 20 employees. With the opening of a second plant in 2010, we were able to expand our range of products by additional high-performance plastics. With the 25th anniversary in 2015, our owner-managed company was delivering goods into almost all branches of industry. Today, ISO-TECH employs roundabout 200 people and invests continuously in the expansion of the production range and vertical integration.
Our range of products varies from our own production of semi-finished goods to variously processed finished parts made of standard and engineering plastics or high-performance plastics. In the semi-finished goods segment, we produce plastic sheets in various standard dimensions and thicknesses However, a large part of our semi-finished goods is being processed inside our plants into individual machined parts. In addition to large as well as prototype-series, we offer our clients individually customized products. Both high and ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylenes (e.g. PE500, PE1000) as well as polyamides (PA), polyoxymethylenes (POM) and other materials like PVDF or PEEK are being machined in our factories. A distinctive quality management, constant education and training of our employees as well as a precise selection of raw materials ensure the reliability of our products.
Sustainability is important for us at all levels – both in economic and social terms as well as in ecologic terms. In addition to a long-term policy of balanced growth, our focus is on enduring customer relationships. By running a corporate health management programme, we focus on securing the health of our employees. Furthermore, we are making an important environmental contribution by recycling 100% of our polyethylene material waste and by constantly investing in energy efficiency measures and renewable energies.

Precision plastic parts are plastic parts manufactured through high-precision moulding processes with small dimensional tolerances (usually ±0.01-0.05 mm), high surface finish, and the ability to meet complex structural design requirements. These parts are widely used in areas with stringent requirements for precision and reliability, such as medical equipment, electronic components, automotive sensors, etc.

Commonly used precision plastic materials include:
Engineering plastics: such as ABS, PC (polycarbonate), PA (nylon), POM (polyacetal), etc., with good mechanical properties and heat resistance;
High-performance plastics: such as PEEK, PTFE, PPS, etc., for occasions with high requirements for chemical resistance and high temperature resistance;
Speciality plastics: for special functional parts, such as flame retardant, UV resistant or conductive plastics.
Design and process optimisation
When designing precision plastic components, the following points need to be addressed:
Structural design: Optimise wall thickness distribution, increase reasonable extraction angle to avoid moulding defects or processing deformation due to over-thinning or over-thickness;
Dimensional tolerances: set reasonable tolerances according to assembly requirements, not only to ensure the function of the part, but also to avoid unnecessary processing costs;
Thermal stress control: Consider the shrinkage and thermal expansion characteristics of the plastic when designing, and reserve appropriate machining allowances;
Assembly and subsequent processing: reserve assembly clearance, consider the subsequent spraying, plating or other surface treatment process on the size of the impact.
Processing methods
The main processing methods for precision plastic parts include:
Injection moulding
Commonly used in mass production, suitable for complex structure parts. By optimising the mould design and controlling the injection parameters (temperature, pressure, injection speed, etc.) to ensure the dimensional stability and surface quality of the parts.
CNC machining
For small and medium batches or plastic parts that require post-processing finishing, CNC milling, turning, drilling and other machining methods can be used to achieve high precision requirements. CNC machining is especially suitable for modifying injection moulded parts or carrying out secondary processing.
Laser cutting and engraving
Suitable for thin-walled or simple geometrical plastic sheet processing, which can realise fast, contactless processing and ensure a flat cut.
3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing
For prototyping and low-volume custom production, precision 3D printing enables rapid prototyping of complex structural parts, but subsequent machining is often required to meet accuracy requirements.
Each processing method has its own advantages and limitations, and it is usually necessary to combine the part design, material properties and production volume to choose the most appropriate processing method.
Surface treatment and post-processing
In order to improve wear resistance, chemical stability or aesthetics, precision plastic parts often use the following post-processing treatments:
Spraying/painting: to enhance the appearance and UV resistance;
Electroplating: to improve surface hardness and electrical conductivity;
Polishing and atomisation: to improve surface finish and reduce friction;
Heat treatment: to reduce internal stress and ensure dimensional stability by annealing, etc.

Our various processing technology main production products include: equipment spare parts, product shells, mechanical parts, chassis cabinet shells and so on. These products are widely used in intelligent security, 3C, automotive, medical, smart grid monitoring and other fields.

The precise tolerances we can achieve
0.003 | The shaft diameter is less than 6 millimeters and the maximum aperture tolerance is up to 0.003 millimeters.
0.005 | If the shaft diameter is greater than 6 millimeters and the aperture tolerance is 0.005 millimeters.
0.005 | Linearity below 100mm distance, etc., with a tolerance of up to 0.005mm.
0.01 | 100 millimeters or more with a linear tolerance of up to 0.01 millimeters.
0.003-0.005 | A form of tolerance is as high as 0.003-0.005 millimeters
0.01 | The positional tolerance is 0.01 millimeters
