In the past, small format direct-to-garment printing with white inks partially appeared rather unattractively due to continuous problems with pigment residues in ink lines and filters resulting in print head failures.
In order to resolve these much discussed „white-problems“, we extended our textile printing range by a White-Circulation-System (WCS). The WCS is a pump system that pushes the ink at regular, several minute-long intervals through a closed loop within the printing system in order to avoid the pigments’ settling in ink lines and filters. This way not one drop of ink is wasted. The pump starts and stops automatically, i.e. even weekends or longer breaks will no longer result in time-consuming and cost-intensive print head cleaning sessions.
The White-Circulation-System is an external upgrade kit that was specially designed for Epson-based direct-to-garment printing systems operating with CMYK and white inks. Please contact us even if you do not use one of our textile printing systems – we will gladly upgrade your printer with the WCS-kit.
