We of course use state of the art vulcanization technology. We have a large number of stationary and mobile vulcanising presses to optimally join and splice fabric, steel cord and plastic belts of up to a width of 2,250 mm. Only endurable endless connections ensure that conveyor belts can operate reliably over a long time.
Vulcanizing Units for repairing edges and longitudinal cracks
We can manufacture heating platens customised especially to your requirements. Pressure is applied via press clamps made of aluminium, with 150–1,200 mm projection. Press clamps are available with mechanical or hydraulic pressure application.
Vulcanizing Repair Units
Our heating platens for repairs (dimensions 250 × 350 × 30 mm) are suitable for repairing minor belt damages. Pressure is applied via pressure clamps made of aluminium. The pressure clamp projections are designed according to the belt width (150–1,200 mm). Press clamps are available with mechanical or hydraulic pressure application.

Our air Pre-shock V122 ideally supplements your hot air vulcanisation. We achieve fast profile pre-cross-linking with our robust pre-shock equipment reaching temperatures up to 580°C. All-round profile pre-cross-linking is achieved in the reactor chamber through the clever application of hot air. This also produces excellent profile surfaces and rapid dimensional stability in solid rubber and foam rubber products.
The machines and tools are manufactured in our production facilities in Iława, Poland since July 2007, by ICE-Trade Production Sp. z o.o.
