Size reduction of loose film ( in-line edge trims), hollow containers, barrels, crates, PVC pipes (thin-walled PE/PP pipes), profile, automotive bumpers, web scrap, injection moulding waste or thermoforming scrap, massive purgings start-up lumps, rubber bales, fibre, massive profiles, thickwalled pipes or sheet, thick packages of films, thin films (BOPP/BOPET etc.), heat sensitive materials, tapes, big-bags etc.

Granulators (also sometimes called secondary shredders or similar) for plastics are specially designed for shredding plastic materials. They use sharp blades (knives) or cutting tools to shred plastics into smaller pieces or particles (also referred to as regrind)
Granulators are an essential part of the plastics recycling process and are also used in the plastics processing industry to reduce plastic waste and prepare recycled plastics for reuse.
