Cleaning plant for glass and bottles clean as glass hut - Lifting tipper

The cleaning system for rinsing or blowing out brand-new glasses, bottles and cans is a maintenance-free device. It only needs to be switched on and after the end of work switched off and cleaned. The rinsing system is suitable for rinsing or blowing out of the brand-new packaging in various shapes and sizes.
The cleaning system is integrated into the customer's slat conveyor /on order it can be manufactured together with a conveyor/. The glasses / bottles are placed "normally" on the conveyor with the opening facing upwards.
The glasses or bottles are
then
fed from the slat conveyor to the "carrier wheel", which rotates 360 degrees inside the housing. They are then placed back on the conveyor. They are rinsed and drained in the process. The device can be used as a lifting tipper only or blowing out the impurities with compressed air (on special order we install a fan). The system operates in automatic mode, i.e. it switches on when glasses/bottles are present and switches off when no more glasses/bottles leave the system.
