For our customers we prepare the risk assessments required by the machinery directive 2006/42/EC. Here the focus is on real customer benefit. Our aim is therefore not to produce as large a volume of paper as possible, but to produce a document that adequately documents the safety of a machine or plant. Thanks to the broad training spectrum of our employees, we can prepare such analyses for all machines and plants covered by the Machinery Directive. Today, a particular focus in the implementation of safety functions is on the machine or plant electrics, mechanical safety is losing importance.
The risk assessments were originally intended to be a purely internal document of a machine and plant manufacturer. However, we are increasingly seeing buyers of machinery and equipment demanding this document. Due to the fact that residual payments for delivered machines/plants often depend on the submission of such documents, the timely completion of such papers is therefore of great importance.
As we have been preparing risk assessments for more than 10 years, we are on the one hand able to inspect a machine or plant in a relatively short time. On the other hand, we know the state of the art very well and can therefore make suggestions for improvement (if necessary), which can be easily implemented.
