Individual forms of packaging full of ideas made from transparent, translucent and coloured materials of the best quality are now our forte. Our Klarfaltboxen (seethrough boxes), which were developed as a product innovation in 1965, are also part of this as are blister packs approved for food as well as seethrough slip cases and sleeves as an attractive form of packaging.
We develop and produce solutions which are tailored visually as well as functionally to your product. With seethrough boxes, seethrough slip cases and other forms of seethrough packaging we display your product in the best possible light. Shapes and sealing techniques can be freely chosen at the same time. Various finishing options such as gravure printing, offset printing, silk-screen printing and hot-film stamping underline the significance attached to your packaging solution. As materials, we make use of plastics, including PET, PP, PVC and biodegradable materials such as PLA or PET R using 85 % recycled material.

• Calendering from 150 cm up to 350 cm width, upper steel roll heatable up to 260°C; printing force from 20 - 290 N
• Flexo printing process: single color up to 300 cm width, logo and full surface printing
• Bonding to wide webs up to approx. 21 m width with subsequent folding to approx. 2 m roll width and rewinding to 500 m roll length
• Rectangular cuts min. 10 x 10 cm, max. 240 x 290 cm
• format cuttings: circles, trapezoids, individual formats possible (also die-cutting)
• multiple folding of single, multiple folded, saleable packaging units made of nonwovens, fabrics or technical textiles,

The Rudolf Uhlen GmbH manufactures personal protective equipment (PPE) for various applications for more than 50 years. Mr. Volker Fiedler acquired the company in 1995. Under his management the company has grown steadily from an “one-man-operation” to an enterprise with 23 employees.
A special focus of our production lies in the field of face- and eye-protection. Our standard product range covers the sectors visor carriers, head-gears, visors against mechanical and chemical impacts, gold-coated visors for IR-protection, arc-flash visors, heat-shields made of wire cloth and welding glasses.
Besides this extensive standard product range we would like to provide practical solutions for the protective requirements in special working environments. We are willing to agree to individual requests of our customers. To provide the maximum customer satisfaction we focus on two principles:
