Pull tite seals are used to securely seal goods by inserting the end of the strap into the sealing head and then tightening it to a variable length. The lock prevents the opposite movement, the seal can no longer be opened. This high flexibility allows sealing under a wide range of conditions and even allows the closing of a container, bag or (cabinet) doors or when used as a truck seal.
Technically, the pull-through seals differ from each other by smooth bands with metal fasteners or ribbed bands with hardened plastic fasteners. Depending on the area of application, e.g. in the food industry, an optimal solution for sealing is always available.

Depending on the seal, the seal tape is made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). Due to their high resistance to acids, alkalis and other chemicals, PE and PP are particularly suitable as base materials for plastic seals. They are physiologically harmless, practically odourless and tasteless. Depending on the seal, the closures are made of polyoxymethylene/polyacetal (POM) (particularly dimensionally stable plastic) or metal;

Pull-through seals are often used to seal containers, bags/bags but also as truck seals. The wide range of different lengths and thicknesses makes seals in this category extremely versatile. Small, thin seals can be easily removed by hand, while thick tapes are so strong that they can only be removed with a cutting tool. Different closures allow for example the unscrupulous use in the food and pharmaceutical industry.
