Precision machining is a manufacturing process in which raw materials are processed into parts or products with tight dimensional tolerances, complex geometries and excellent surface quality through high-precision equipment and technology. Its core objective is to achieve micron-level (μm) or even nanometer-level (nm) precision, and it is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields.

CAD design and process analysis
Use CAD software to create a three-dimensional model of the part, and combined with engineering requirements for process analysis, to determine the machining allowance, key dimensions, surface roughness and tolerance requirements.
CAM programming
CAD model into the CAM system, tool path planning, machining sequence arrangements and parameter settings, to generate G code files. This process requires comprehensive consideration of key parameters such as cutting speed, feed, depth of cut and backstroke.
Machine setup and clamping
According to the machining plan to select the appropriate machine tools and fixtures, zero calibration and tool loading, to ensure that the machining centre of the coordinated operation of the various systems.
Test cutting and simulation
Use simulation software (e.g. Vericut, etc.) to preview the generated CNC programme, detect possible collisions, empty stroke or overtravel problems, and ensure that the programme is error-free before test cutting.
Formal processing and post-processing
After formally put into production, surface treatment, testing and inspection of machined parts are carried out to ensure that the parts meet the design requirements.

Feed rate

Depth of Cut and Back Eating
