• Collection of the meters by our own truck or delivery by the customer
• Sandblasting of all metal parts that are subject to paint spraying
• Cleaning of the internal parts in special lye baths
• Paint spraying or Coating all metal parts with epoxy resin               sp;     ( except bearings, shafts, driving wheels and counters )
• Replacement, if necessary, of all wearing parts such as : Bearing plates, ring jewel bearings, bearing bushes, oval wheels, foundation pins, driving wheels, magnetic couplings, upper and lower bearing plates, running plates, housing flange and head seals
• assembly of the complete  meter
• preliminary test on hydraulic test bench
• Leak test
• Testing on hydraulic test bench
• Adjustment to measuring accuracy
• Testing on calibration station (only for billing meters)
• Sealing
• Delivery by own truck, parcel service or forwarding agent
