Behavioural training is the practice of certain sociological and psychological behavioural structures. These serve as a pattern for certain reactions or actions to situations that may occur. This training is intended to optimize the behavior of employees in stressful and dangerous situations, for example. Facial expressions, gestures and linguistic characteristics are to be adapted and improved to the corresponding situation. Unusual stress events are artificially generated in order to be able to cope with them better in reality. Long-term training sessions are then called behavioural therapies.
