The term guarantees is usually used in connection with money, finance and credit. A guarantor is a person - or a company - who provides financial guarantees for another person or another company.If, for example, a private person makes a loan application for a house and does not have sufficient share capital or sufficient securities, another, third person can be liable with your assets for the repayment of the loan. This means that if the borrower can no longer service the loan himself, the guarantor must repay the loan with his money.
