Compact and integrated:
Due to a unique concept that integrates electrical supply and plasma generation, no separate high voltage power supply unit is required.
Microwave:
Excitation with 2.3 GHz; supply with only 24 V DC (plug-in power supply unit is sufficient).
Atmosphere:
Complex vacuum equipment is no longer required. Arbitrary component sizes and structures can be handled.
Low temperature:
Temperatures below 100 °C also allow the treatment of sensitive components, foils etc.
Flexibility:
