One of our core areas of expertise lies in developing materials to provide an individual and sustainable solution to various wear and corrosion problems.
In the field of powder metallurgy sintering bands production, we are considered the sole producer thanks to the optimisation of our own technology and production method in our in-house development department. Our customers not only benefit from lower production costs but also have the opportunity to task us with the rapid production of small quantities or trial batches of specially adapted alloy sintering bands.
To solve diverse wear issues, we provide our customers with the correct choice of complementary products and services from individual offers to complete solutions. The company Leistner Thermisch Spritzen GmbHis a newly founded company that draws its experience and efficiency from a long-established family business with a past of more than 70 years. This company was founded in 1948 and has been involved in thermal spraying since its beginnings. We continue to build on these decades of experience and their efficiency up to the present day.
With around 16 employees, we are today one of the largest contract coaters in Southern Germany. We have consistently expanded our development, service and production capacities and keep them constantly up to date with the latest technology. In the field of thermal spraying, the highest possible quality can be achieved with state-of-the-art equipment.
