Established was the company by Albert Voegtle of an engineering office in Göppingen. Over time, the capacities of the warehouse were constantly increased. The head office is in Eislingen. We are a member of the Schuler Group since 1999.
Voegtle Service – the used choice quality has an established international reputation in the marketing purchase and resale of used presses and coil lines. Our company permanently stores about 400 of mechanical and hydraulic presses on 10.000sqm storage area. We furthermore offer feeding devices such as coilers, roller levelers, feed units and coil lines.
In addition, we have many years of experience repairing, servicing, and modernization of mechanical as well as hydraulic presses. Capabilities also include specially customized machines and accessories – including, if required, commission of the equipment at the production site.

Trimming Presses - Manufacturers, Traders & Suppliers
The trimming press consists of a punch unit or cutting device, the upper part of the tool and bottom part of the tool, upon which the piece to be worked on is placed. The feeding can be done by a removal device or a robot. The securing of the workpiece takes place in the machine by an inserted bracket. The press trims the piece mainly through high pressure casting. The presses work either mechanically or hydraulically. The trimming is a punching process.
With the hydrolic press the trimming pieces are moved through water pressure. This pressure arises through electric motors and high performance pumps. The pressure range arising is up to 300 pressure bars.
The mechanical press moves the punching tool by means of devices such as shafts, friction wheel drives, tappets and other mechanical principles.
Areas of application of trimming presses
They are used primarily to remove protruding bulges and edges caused during the production of the pieces. In a fully automated casting process the cast piece is transferred to the trimming press by a removal device. This then trims by means of the punching tool protruding cast bulges and cast edges.
Application field of the trimming press
They are used in the finishing process of cast pieces. Before the cast piece can be worked with further the burrs have to be removed.

The cast piece is placed on the bottom part of the tool. For this a robot can be used or it can be carried out manually by a person. The charge and discharge is possible from two sides and controlled through a linear guidance system. The cast piece is fixed to the holding mechanism and the upper part of the tool is applied. The cutting tool obatins an operating speed so that the cast piece can be pressed upon without deforming it and the cutting or punch only frees the burrs from the piece.
